Geo-environmental Site Investigation When it is necessary to undertake an intrusive site investigation, either due to planning conditions, engineering requirements or as part of the deal negotiations, RK Environment consultants have over 10 years experience undertaking geo-environmental investigations from small domestic sites to large multi-site commercial and industrial properties. All our consultants are geologists and have detailed knowledge of how contaminants interact in different soil, rock and groundwater conditions. This enables us assess what receptors will be at risk and to target our investigations accordingly. If geotechnical information is required for a development, RK Environment work closely with specialist geotechnical consultants to ensure clients are getting the best possible advice for both environmental and geotechnical concerns. We also understand the need for commercial sensitivity on occupied sites and have experience obtaining the information required whilst meeting the requirements of both investors and tenants to ensure the project goes smoothly. Health & Safety is always at the forefront of each site investigation, and our consultants prepare a full site specific risk assessment prior to every investigation, with working method statements available for tenants reassurance if required. RK Environment carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
